just 1 more week to submit

I would love for each and every one of you to submit work for the 8th issue of my poetry and visual art magazine. The theme for this issue is envy – which can show itself in your submission in any way shape or form. Let me know if you have any questions and be sure to email your art to felanzine@outlook.com by Oct. 28!

There’s just one more week to send in your envy-themed submissions for possible publication in our 8th issue.

View full submission guidelines here.

Do you have a poem about jealousy or greed, a painting that’s green through and through, a photo that shows how you keep up with the Jones’, an illustration of the sirens of the sea?

We’d love to see your envy in any shape or form. Just email it to felanzine@outlook.com.

Guest judge, artist Danielle Doctor and I would love to have work from each and every one of you. Submissions due October 28.

If you’ve already submitted, thank you! You will hear back from me within the first or second week of October in regards to whether your piece(s) have been selected. A list of selected contributors will also be posted here on the blog.

  1. I didn’t know about this project (if that’s the right word of yours). I don’t know if you just take serious pieces or are you in for humour as well. I’ve published this on my page – https://picturesimperfectblog.wordpress.com/2016/10/21/envy/ Let me know if you think it would be suitable at all. (BTW: Of course, I picked McKenzie for the rhyme but I checked: it’s in Tennessee, hence “guys” not “blokes” or the like – British English seems to have much more colourful words for “guys”. :-)
