Cee’s Share Your World, week 49 – Cee posts questions weekly on her blog for other bloggers to answer to get to know each other better. See all my posts for this challenge here.
What would be your ideal birthday present, and why?
Hmm, at this moment, I want to say a trip somewhere. Lately I’ve been wanting to visit the Atlanta Aquarium, Tampa (for MOSI and Busch Gardens) and Washington DC. Granted, if I could have anything I’d probably choose to go further, maybe to somewhere in Europe or Oceania.
What color would you like your bedroom to be?
A very light grey paint on the walls with turquoise and grey bedding.
Would you prefer snowy winters, or not, and why?
To an extent yes. I like snow but I’m not so sure about driving in it or shoveling in it. So, if I didn’t have to work and stores and such were within a short walking distance, I think having snow would be quite fun.
Would you rather go a week without bathing, but be able to change your clothes, or a week without a change of clothes, but be able to bathe?
I chose bathing, with same set of clothes all the way! I can barely go a day without a shower. At least that way, hopefully my clothes won’t get to gross if I’m at least showering daily.
What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I just found out on Saturday that I won 4 VIP tickets to The Wiz at a local dinner theater. I rarely win anything so that was pretty darn exciting.
I have tickets to a Jacksonville Jaguars Game this Sunday. Eric’s never been to a live football game and I’m looking forward to the nice weather and junk food.
My car’s in the shop with costly repairs, but I should get it back no later than tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Eric’s physical and written police academy exams are this Wednesday, and I’ve taken off work to make the drive with him. My friend is also going to join us, and hopefully me and her will be able to enjoy the historic district while he’s working away.
hmm, I think that’s all I have as far as grateful for and looking forward to. Have plenty of appointments to set up, but that’s a whole other story.
